Ses espaces privés se trouvent au rez-de-jardin, offrant à la fois intimité et confort. Je recherche un jeune homme ayant besoin d’un pied-à-terre à Montréal. Les étudiants sont les bienvenus, tout comme les hommes gais. Pour ma part, je suis un homme dans la soixantaine, et je tiens à préciser qu’il ne s’agit pas ici d’une colocation « entre jeunes ».
