The price includes everything: rent, internet, hydro, and a cleaning service that comes every two weeks. There is a laundry machine and a dryer in the apartment. No parking on site.
The location is great. Very close to Bank street, stores, Metro, restaurants, café, parks, and the Rideau Canal. There are convenient buses to downtown, U of Ottawa, and Carleton University.

About the roomies
The room is for male only. The other four tenants in the house are also males. All tenants are clean and respectful. There are two bathrooms in the apartment.
