Looking for a new roommate! I would prefer to find another female around the same age but I’m open to sharing the space with anyone! Either September 1st or October 1st! (Move in date can be flexible)

2 bedroom one bath place, the room being rented is large! (The room is not furnished)

Rent: 1050 (plus wifi and hydro) currently splitting this with my roommate and it’s about an extra 70/ month

• I have been living here for over 2 years! -The landlord lives upstairs and is amazing!
• I have a 3 year old Yorkie, my lease does state only one dog but I will speak to my landlord if you do have a pet and see if it’s okay!
• located in lake country on a secluded property, a pool was just built this year!

About me, I’m 24, I work full time Monday- Friday as an insurance agent! I’m usually out and about on the weekends with friends or at the lake! I enjoy camping, gardening, going on wine tours, paddle-boarding, having movie nights and I love a good book.
