Lotte's room

This is a 5 bedroom house, very well maintained in a quiet neighbourhood in Alcona. We are close to all amenities. There is a lovely garden that the housemate can use. There is a fully functional kitchen, and parking for a car if needed. The room for rent is in the basement, with a 3 piece bath and a living area. It comes furnished but you can bring your own furniture as well. We will share the kitchen.

As the homeowner, I live here with two cats, that are loveable. I have two adult boys that come home on weekends or for short stays on occasion. It’s a quiet home but music is regularly playing, K-love or classic 70’s albums are favourites.
As a happy, respectful and quiet person, I expect the same from the housemate. This space is available for one person.
