I am seeking someone to share a 2-bedroom condo in downtown Montreal from September 1, 2024 for a 12-month lease. The apartment is located close to St Catherine and St Laurent streets. It is right across the street from St Laurent Metro, a 5-minute walk from Place des Arts metro and UQAM.

- Access to the building’s indoor gym and pool.
- Tall ceilings and windows with blinds in the living and bedrooms.
