Hello everyone,

I am seeking someone to share a 2-bedroom condo in downtown Montreal from September 1, 2024 for a 12-month lease. The apartment is located close to St Catherine and St Laurent streets. It is right across the street from St Laurent Metro, a 5-minute walk from Place des Arts metro and UQAM.

Amenities included:

1. In-unit washer and dryer.
2. Electricity plus centralized AC, heating, and hot water.
3. Access to the building’s indoor gym and pool.
4. Tall ceilings and windows with blinds in the living and bedrooms.
5. Kitchen appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher). You will only be paying extra for the wifi which is ~$36/month

I am looking for an orderly, non-smoking, moderately social person, preferably a graduate student or young professional to share this space with. I am doing my PhD at McGill and am pretty easygoing. If you think you are a good fit, please reach out and we can discuss it further.
