Adam's room

2 bedroom house, with one parking spot. Bedroom currently has a very nice Murphy bed in it and a tv on the wall. Own closet and a common bathroom that would be private if rented. The rest of the house is nicely furnished and has a backyard.

The owner is the only room mate (30yo male), I work pretty regular hours and won’t spend a ton of time at home, fairly relaxed individual but I clean up after myself and the house is kept in order.
