• House perks: Three bathrooms (no more morning queues!), a spacious shared living area, and a heated pool for year-round relaxation. 🏊‍♀️
• Location: Quiet residential area in Richmond, BC, with easy access to transit and amenities.

About us: We’re two friendly professionals in our late 20s – a graphic designer with a passion for photography and a web developer who moonlights as a DJ. We love exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and having friends over for board game nights or the occasional backyard BBQ. (Think chill vibes and good conversations, not raging parties every weekend 😉).

Our ideal roommate:

• Creative spirit: You’re a working professional in the arts – a musician, writer, filmmaker, designer… you name it!
• Collaborative and respectful: You value open communication, shared responsibilities, and a harmonious living environment.
• Pool enthusiast (optional but encouraged!): Someone who appreciates a refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing evening swim. Important notes:
• Rent: $1050 per month (all utilities included!).
• Shared responsibilities: We all pitch in to keep our home awesome – think light gardening, pool maintenance, and general upkeep of the common areas.
• Occupant/roommate arrangement: You’ll be renting from one of us (the “head tenant”), not directly from the landlord. We’ll provide a clear, written agreement based on the Residential Tenancy Branch guidelines for a fair and transparent arrangement.
