Hi I have one room available in a 2 bedroom basement in Delta. We’re looking for one female to occupy the other room. All utilities are included. Laundry is within the property. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are the shared spaces. The property was built earlier this year. Rent will be $850 per month. 12-minute walk to bus 340 at Kittson Parkway to 22nd Street Station or Scottsdale. The room will be available from 1st September.

We’re two friends living in the other room, who’ll be your potential roommates. I am a university student and my friend works full-time. We’re looking for someone who’s quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
