This room has a walk-in closet with plenty of space. All utilities are included. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well. Laundry is within the property. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are the shared spaces. Rent will be $670. Two girls are already living here (including me). 12-minute walk to bus 340 at Kittson Parkway to 22nd Street Station or Scottsdale. The room will be available from April 1st.
