Hi guys, my roommate is moving back with her family, so there is a room available in a 2 bd 1 bth basement apartment for rent starting September 1st, 2024.

The location is really good and is only a 6 minute walk to Ossington Station for Line 2.

The apartment is fully furnished, including your room. We will share a bathroom and kitchen. There is also an in-unit laundry for us to use only. We also have our own private entrance. Your bedroom is cozy with a large window (openable), has a wardrobe, and a big twin bed. The place is very new as well.

The rent price includes all utilities except wifi, which we will have to get together.

I am a female university student, who works part time, looking for a new female roommate who values cleanliness and respect. I am clean, responsible, and respectful of the shared space.
