Centrally located corner apartment 1 minute away from King George Skytration Station on the 21st floor with terrific amenities including a commercial gym, 10-pin bowling alley, rooftop terrace (2nd floor), theatre room, conference room, and party room. Unimpeded GORGEOUS views of Mt. Baker and the North shore. This unit faces away from the noise and heavy traffic of the skytrain station and still has plenty of nature spots surrounding it. This includes holland park (2 min walk away) and green timbers (10 min walk away)

The apartment is a fully finished and cozy living space. I tried to furnish the place with functional yet comfy items throughout. You will have your own bed & bath thats located on the opposite side of the apartment from mine. It’s a bit on the smaller side, however the main living space is very open and roomy. The room can come fully furnished (see image) or unfurnished. Parking is extra.

I’m a startup owner in construction, and in my free time i enjoy reading, hiking, going out for live music events, board games, and going out for bevvies now and again. I’m a non-smoker.
