Mitchell's room

Two geeky guys share the upper floor of a house, third room is at the back, view of deck and yard. Laundry in the garage, living room, bathroom and kitchen shared. Only extra cost is 33$ approx wifi each. Parking is not readily available. No smoking.

Located short walk to Zehrs plaza with dollarama and the no frills/stone road mall is 15 to 20 min walk.

Been here 4+ years, hence why rent is affordable.

We are geeky, neurodivergent, not into partying or having guests, interests: star trek, star wars, doctor who, video gaming, etc.

Mostly keep to ourselves, work from home, and avoid stressful situations.
