Located right near York University, and sitting right next to Sheppard West Station, whether you’re a student or a working professional, everything you need is nearby.

There’s a gym in the building, pool, underground visitor parking, and other event spaces that can be rented out. Some people rent out unused parking spaces here, so you could TRY to rent a spot in the garage if you have a car, but not guaranteed.

The room is a private bedroom with a private balcony for yourself with 9 foot ceilings, carpet, your own closet, and a locking door. I’m flexible on what furniture can stay or go, so if you need a bed, just a dresser, or a mix, let me know!

The shared spaces for both of us would be the kitchen and bathroom, with the kitchen having a table set up even just if you want a little morning nook. There’s a dishwasher to make things easy, and we’ve got a washer/dryer in-unit.

All utilities included in your rent! Use as much electricity as you want. lol

Hi there! I’m a self-employed creator online and work from home most of the time, filling the rest of my bills through freelance creation or Uber Eats delivery.

I’ve got a 15 year old cat that’s incredibly friendly and very wise for his age. lol - He’s needy and has never bitten or clawed anyone in his life, seriously a sweetheart.

I cook, bake, keep a clean space, and am often found playing VR games in my living room space that will be converted to a bedroom for myself once anyone is confirmed to move in!

Fellow creative folks are welcome, as well as any LGBTQ+ people. Cement walls in the apartment, so it’s the perfect setup to not disturb the neighboring apartments if you’re also someone that often records for media and such if that applies to you.

Also there’s no smoking allowed in the building or on the balcony, cannabis or tobacco! Not against it myself even, just building rules.
