About the room
Located just a 10-minute drive from UVic, our place is ideal for students! Starting in September, the unfurnished master bedroom will be available which includes a private half-bath. Ideally, we are searching for another girl to fit into our household. Parking is available across the street.
The house is split to have 3 people upstairs and 3 downstairs. This means each half of the house has a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry machine!
*Note that some of the furniture shown in the photos will not be staying upon your move-in.
About the roomies
There are currently 5 girls in our early twenties at the house. We are a mix of UVic students and recent graduates. We all get along well and often have movie nights, play tennis, go thrifting, and bake together! We are a drink-friendly household. Unfortunately, we are a pet-free house. Let me know if you would be a good fit for us!
