Building is really close to lots of grocery places (freshco, loblaws, no frills, rabba, etc), several banks (RBC, TD, ScotiaBank), about 10 min walking distance from wellesley and sherbourne subway station. 15 min walking distance from RU and UofT. Close to church street and 15 min away from dundas square. Building has card-operated laundry room, recycling room and a gym. Spacious apartment, lots of living space and private storage space. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher etc) and bathroom are shared. You will have plenty storage to keep your things. Two balconies - One in the living room and another in your bedroom. Room has the option of being furnished. Included in the price is everything (hydro/heat/internet)

I am clean and responsible, work 9-5. Love going for lengthy walks, or have a calm night reading books or watching movies. Sometimes, I play guitar and sing and have a vinyl player. Don’t own any pets, would welcome someone with plants :)
