Anmol's room

A furnished bedroom (as shown in the photos) is available for rent in the basement, ideal for a single female occupant (Strictly Vegetarian).You will have access to private living in the basement itself and a private bathroom. This large room has a queen bed and has carpeted floor, built-in robe and a personal bathroom. You will be sharing house with us and another girl (living on main floor). The kitchen is upstairs and will be shared amongst everyone in the house.

House is fully furnished and all the electronics are brand new so you won’t need to buy anything except for personal usage.

We are a friendly, respectful and clean couple, looking for same in the potential tenant.

Room rent is $900 inclusive of utilities and internet. Parking isn’t available, however, there is free street parking. Rent would be paid monthly and 1 month rent along with 1/2 month security deposit is required before the move in.

Credit check, payslips and reference may also be required.

Quick heads up: no smoking, no additional pets allowed as we have 1 Cat and preferred Move-in date is September 1.
