Anmol's room

A furnished bedroom (as shown in the photos) is available for rent, ideal for a single female occupant (Strictly Vegetarian and Female only) in a modern four-bedroom house in Riverbend. This room has a queen bed with storage and has laminated floors, a built-in robe. You will have access to your own bathroom. You will be sharing house with us (Owner - Couple) and another girl (tenant In basement). We are friendly, respectful and clean couple, looking for same in the potential tenant.

House is fully furnished and all the electronics are brand new, so, you won’t need to buy anything. Kitchen will be shared amongst everyone in the house.

Room rent is $800 inclusive of utilities and internet. Parking isn’t available, however, there is free street parking. Rent would be paid monthly and 1 month rent along with 1/2 month security deposit is required before the move in.

Credit check, payslips and reference may also be required.

Quick heads up: no smoking, no additional pets allowed as we have 1 Cat and preferred Move-in date is September 1.
