I am a retired hotel manager, 82 years old, been here for 3 years and seldom used the spare room and bathroom. Rental increases meant possibly down sizing and as I enjoy company have decided to find a room mate. I live a quiet life, I like company, I enjoy board games, born and was born and brought up in Scotland and came to Canada in 1963. Have a friendly cat named “Nibbles” and I am looking for a long term tenant. I am available to show the premises 9.00 a.m. to 6.00p.m. by appointment. A letter of reference is required from a previous landlord.
