Wonderful backyard space with covered patio. Close to Southcentre Mall and c-train stations at Anderson and Southland. Tenant must like dogs as roommate has 1 small pup. One small dog permitted provided dog compatibly with roommates dog.

Two friendly roommates renting two additional rooms in the upstairs space. Must love dogs as roommate has a very friendly quiet dog always available for walks or cuddles on the sofa.
