Hi there! FEMALES ONLY - FULL YEAR LEASE TAKEOVER. My roommate and I are looking for someone to takeover our lease (2 bedrooms) in a 4-bedroom apartment from September 1st 2024 to August 26th, 2025. All of the roommates will be living in the apartment and they’re super friendly and organized! The condo is in an amazing location at Masonville Yards. It’s a 15-minute walk to Western University and with many bus routes straight to campus (bus #13, 10, 93 and 34) and adjacent to a bus stop for quick downtown access. It’s also just a 1-minute run to the mall and a 5-minute walk to Loblaws and several other stores nearby such as Best Buy, Michaels and Staples. The apartment is located in a luxury complex and features incredible amenities such as a fully equipped gym, sauna, study area, gaming room with pool and ping-pong tables, movie theatre, stunning patio and modern kitchen. It also offers great internet service throughout the whole building, allowing you to stay connected throughout the summer. The suite is FULLY FURNISHED, the room contains a bed, mattress, study table, side table, wardrobe, big shelves and a Smart TV. The washroom is shared with one other person. The monthly rent would be $2000 + $20 for internet and (without utilities) in total. Utilities are usually $50-60 max each.
