Both rooms are currently available for $1075 each. Both rooms need to be rented together for $2150, it includes all utilities and internet. Open to couples or two people in each room. Maximum 3-4 persons occupancy, but most comfortable for 2, one per room.

Currently 3rd year UBC student has put down deposit for one of the rooms.
