1 Bedroom Open in a 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath House with Sheridan Students

Hello! We have an unfurnished bedroom available in our comfy house, just a 15-minute walk from Sheridan College. The common areas are furnished, and we have a big backyard with a firepit. The neighborhood is quiet and we’re only 3 minutes from a convenience store, restaurants, a dentist, and buses. My favourite thing about the house is the beautiful light we get in the afternoon, which keeps the plants happy.

The house is fully stocked with a washer, dryer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Instant Pot, and air fryer. We also have 360 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi.

We’re looking for someone chill and considerate who can help out with the cleaning schedule (vacuuming, taking out the trash, etc.). Women students or young professionals are preferred. No furry pets or smoking allowed.

Rent is $740 + utilities.

You’ll be living with me—a Sheridan animation hopeful—and two other sweet Sheridan students. I’m very understanding and easygoing. Our landlord takes care of snow shoveling and yard work, and he doesn’t live in the house.

I mostly keep to myself, but would be down to share a meal or hang out as friends :) In my spare time, I cook, read, listen to music, watch anime, and workout. I’m organized, clean, and quiet. I’m a queer woman 🌈
