Just 20 minutes by bus (no transfers, on route 12/15). Rent: $966 per room. Utilities are included. Wifi is extra. Available: September 1st, 2024. Amenities: In-unit laundry, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, A/C, balcony, bathroom to be shared with 1 other roommate, large closet. Furnishing: The living room/dining room will be furnished. Bedroom unfurnished. Female only. No pets, please. First and last months rent, credit check, and cosigner are required.
