Amenities: In-unit laundry, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, A/C, balcony, bathroom to be shared with 1 other roommate, large closet. Furnishing: The living room/dining room will be furnished. Bedroom unfurnished. Female only. No pets, please. First and last months rent, credit check, and cosigner are required.

I am a social and clean person. Looking for roommates to be friendly and hang out with. I like going out but also like staying in to play board games, bake, or do puzzles. Must be clean and considerate of other
