The building is super close to UofA campus, as well as an LRT/bus station. Also, there is a grocery store a block away! The condo is 2 bed/2 bath so you get your own bedroom and bathroom, and the living area and kitchen are a really great size. There’s a balcony with glass doors connected to the living area, so there’s lots of natural light! There is underground parking (which would be an extra $100 a month if you’d like to rent it out). There is also in-suite washer/dryer!! All utilities are included in the rent, and internet will be split between the two of us. Your bedroom is a decent size, and there is a large closet that runs the length of the fall wall (sorry I don’t have a picture!:( )

The condo building unfortunately doesn’t allow pets, so I won’t be able to take anyone with dogs or cats.

–FURNISHING/PHOTOS– I am renting out the unit from my parents, who just bought the condo at the start of August. So, nothing is furnished yet (the furniture in the photos is from the previous owners). I won’t be able to have any furnished pictures until closer to the end of the month (around Aug 20-25ish), but the plan is to have a bed, nightstand, and desk in the bedroom before someone moves in. It is also totally doable if you want to bring your own furniture for the room as well (just let me know). I know it sucks not having exact pictures of the space, but I can try to send pictures of the different furniture pieces I have/that will be moved into the common areas (ie. the couch, the super snazy fruit bowl I got at goodwill for the kitchen, etc.) I can always answer any questions/concerns through message! (also sorry the kitchen photo is so blurry, I can’t get it to download correctly)

I’m Kenzie! I’m originally from Calgary, and I am in my third year at MacEwan University. I have a small (but growing) plant collection, and I love to thrift! I like to keep my space pretty clean, but I’m pretty laid back when living with other people. I get not everything is always gonna be tidy all the time, and I won’t get angry with a bit of mess. I’m not fussy about much; as long as you respect the space (and me :)), we should all be set! I’m always down to make a new friend, so you don’t have to worry about having an awkward “I can only come out of my room when she’s not here” vibe while you’re living with me. I like to cook and bake, and am always pumped to make extra for others who live with me. I’m very open to living with whomever, just as long as you’re kind and considerate! :)
