Greetings. I have lived in the Cascade Green complex off of Trethewey Street near the fire hall and police department headquarters for 8 years. I currently have a room for rent. I live solo in a two bedroom Condominium on the first floor. It has great access as it’s located closest to the street The unit features 2 bedrooms as well as 2 full washrooms including full size tubs and showers. The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances as well as a large patio with dual barbecues, loungers, cocktail table and a unique fountain. The great room features a full entertainment system and is full high speed internet including wifi. The bedroom has a large window that opens and allows cool fresh air due to shade provided by the low tree canopy. It’s furnished and has a bigger screen tv. I am only looking for fair market rate for the Room. Its proximity to Rotary stadium makes it ideal for exercise including running, bike trail riding, swimming and skating as well as a full gym. Its located a 5 minute walk to South Fraser way which runs through the center of town.

I’m a 47 year old male with several hobbies including hockey snowboarding and car customization. I live solo and work from home.
