A street across from grocery store and community centre, downtown oakville with many parks around and close to the lake. Hydro and Internet not included in rent, laundry in building. I am looking for a roomate to share this apartment with by september 1st. International student welcome. Id like first and last months rent but am open to communicate

I am queer friendly and love to make friends but can keep to myself if needed. I like cooking and am neat and organized. Graduated Sheridan Animation this year and am looking to stay in oakville one more year or so.
