The room available to rent shares a bathroom with one other tenant.
$795 a month (negotiable) includes everything (heat, electricity, wifi, etc). Room to park one car outdoors in driveway.
Conveniently located near bus stop (2 minute walk), grocery stores (No Frills, Sobeys), pharmacy, restaurants and fast food.
10-minute drive to Charlottetown and Holland College. 15-minute drive to UPEI.
