Looking for a roommate for my townhouse 1 1/2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms though I do use one bedroom for a craft room.

I am a full time nurse working Monday to Friday with a part-time job on the side. I am quiet and like to chill with TV in the evenings, not into partying or big social crowds. Although I live in a great complex and friends with neighbours who look out for me and now you!

I love to bake and cook, but really not a dinner/supper person. I’m a pre-prepper on Sundays so can take food out of the freezer and use for dinners on some nights or for lunches.

FYI we are alcohol friendly just not the drunken kind, smoking and 420 friendly but outdoor only.

Currently just going through a break up with common law spouse but I really, really don’t want to leave the neighbourhood. Absolutely love this area.

Short or long term rentals okay, if you work out of town, you can trust I won’t bother your stuff. Have storage in the basement if needed.

I do have a cat who’s old and cuddly. Also have a small dog who is a big suck for attention. Willing to bring another pet into the home with proper introduction’s.

Looking for a quite, cleanly roommate to help with the bills willing to share internet through Shaw already set up with cable, will also provide a box for TV.

It’s just me and my pets. My complex is fantastic. The area here is best for walking trails, lots of lakes and wildlife.
