• 1.5 bath (your own toilet / sink, we just share the shower)

• Unfurnished room / semi furnished common areas (may be able to buy room furniture from my roommate moving out)
• Very large living room with big windows
• minimum 6 month lease, option to stay longer

*Most furniture in photo’s will be gone Sept 1st, some might be staying and I’ll be buying other stuff so its flexible if you have furniture you want to bring.

*Older home with character but has been really well maintained and I hope to keep it that way!

*5 min drive to Concordia university, Montrose neighbourhood, super close to Yellowhead, 10 mins to Henday

MUST be cat friendly, I have a super chill 9 year old tabby named Brodie. Landlord might be open to another cat for a pet fee but unfortunately dogs would not be allowed

I’m 27 & starting a practicum with Indigenous Services Canada in September so I’ll be working full-time. I also teach at a studio in the evenings and on weekends.

I live a fairly healthy lifestyle being active, cooking and using environmentally friendly, non-toxic cleaning products but also enjoy my movie nights and treats. I’m very easy going, not a neat freak but don’t let things get out of control. I’m looking for someone similar to get along and be friendly with since I’m fairly new to Edmonton.
