Location is prime. Just across the eaton centre and queen subway station. I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be moving out end of October. You’d be sharing the kitchen and living room with one other girl/roommate. Move in is for November 1. Roomate has a small Morkie puppy. Extremely friendly and well behaved puppy (rarely barks).

Room available is master bedroom with a big ensuite bathroom and a huge walk in closet. Room comes partially furnished with the following items: mattress, bedframe, pillow covers, sheets, duvet/blanket, night table, night table lamp, all wall decorations, snake plant, standing mirror (next to window), and all decorations in ensuite bathroom.

Living room and kitchen are fully furnished.

Rent for the master bedroom is $1,800 a month and includes Internet, heat, and water. Only hydro is extra and split equally between room mates.

Building amenities include a fully equipped gym, outdoor pool, party room, study/work room, pool tables, studio/dance room, outdoor terrace, and steam room. The building has wifi in all amenity areas.

Roommate is a working girlie in her late 20’s. She is friendly and sometimes we have movie nights/go out together. We are also respectful of each others alone time. Looking for someone clean and respectful to take over my room.
