I’m looking for a roommate to share this space with me. The rent for the unit is $2000 + shared utilities with the family upstairs. The split on rent is negotiable (50/50 or some other arrangement). The lease type is flexible. Pets considered at the landlady’s discretion.

The rent includes internet and cable. The space has in unit laundry and a dishwasher, and is lightly furnished as I try to collect necessary things like chairs for the kitchen table. Open to changing furnishings as well.

28, nursing student attending KPU. I have class/work most days. I have a cat and a snake (tank featured in the ad, but will be moved into my room as soon as I can get some help).

I have a variety of hobbies including reading, baking, and crafting. I love video games and board games as well. Generally, I am pretty antisocial during the school year due to the work load, but am a friendly and agreeable person. I’m hoping to make a great friend out of this experience.
