About the room
I’m looking for a roommate to share this space with me. The rent for the unit is $2000 + shared utilities with the family upstairs; The split on rent between us is negotiable. The lease type is flexible. Pets considered at the landlady’s discretion.
The rent includes internet and cable. The space has in unit laundry and a dishwasher, and is fully furnished with couch, armchair, TV, bookshelves, and dining space. I am open to changing furnishings as well. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished.

About the roomies
28, nursing student attending KPU. I have class/work most days. I have a senior cat that keeps to herself and gets on well with most other animals.
I have a variety of hobbies including reading, baking, and crafting. I love video games and board games as well. Generally, I am somewhat antisocial during the school year due to the work load, but am a friendly and agreeable person. I’m hoping to make a great friend out of this experience.
