This 3 bedroom apartment is above an art gallery. Right on college st. Between Bathurst and Spadina. Close to subway station, streetcar, right beside Kensington Market. Right beside a hospital and grocery store. There are bars and restaurants all around, it really is a lovely area to live around. Address is 402 college st. The room has beautiful hardwood floors, A window where you can easily put in a fan or ac. utilities are included and internet as well.

Two females, both 33 and 34. We work a lot and are looking for someone who is as well or studying. When I’m not at work I’m home watching tv in bed, cooking or walking my dog. My dog is very friendly, doesn’t bark or make noise she’s older, she is 100% my responsibility and needs no care from any of the roommates, that includes no food or money spent on her, no walks and no feeding from anyone but myself.

We’re both easygoing, introverts, laid-back, and appreciate a roommate who is fair-minded, who is easy to get along with, and shares similar values. Ideally, you’d also enjoy a quiet, clean lifestyle and respect each other’s space. We don’t throw loud parties and we’re very much about communicating if you were to have a house guest over. Taking turns cleaning bathroom/kitchen space. We’re both very clean, and expect the same from you :)
