For rent: 1 bedroom (primary bedroom) of 3 bedroom condo on quiet side of the building, indoor pool, fitness room; laundry is available in the building. Apartment will be furnished (it was just purchased). Bedroom is unfurnished but CAN be furnished if needed. Rent includes TV, internet, water. Heat, hydro, AC are additional and split 3 ways. Parking is available. Supermarket across the street. Apartment is clean, bright. Large balcony.
