This unit is up the street from Algonquin College and about a 15 minute drive to Carleton. The room is fully furnished and rent is all inclusive. A double bed, desk, dresser, lamp, and a smart tv is included. There are several bus stops close by as well. There is a powder room on the main floor, and a full shared bathroom on the second level. There is in-unit laundry and parking is an additional $75 a month if needed

Hi! I am a fourth year student studying Psych at Carleton who lives with two other girls who are also in their 4th year at Carleton. We value a clean and respectful roommate as we like to keep a clean space and respect each others things. We enjoy hanging out together whether it is watching movies in the living room, painting, or just hanging out and playing music. We do have two small dogs named Dani and gg, so you must love animals! They are very friendly but may be very shy when you first meet them.
