About the room
You will have a private, fully furnished, bright room with TV, bookcase and closet with built-ins. If you work remotely (at home), or are in a study program, you will enjoy the desk/chair in your room. We will share our 1,000 sq. ft. comfortable and beautiful condo - has a great kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. The condo is in a spectacular location just one block off Beach Avenue with unobstructed views of False Creek/English Bay from the covered patio (with BBQ). Your monthly rent includes internet and utilities, a designated underground parking space (no extra charge), and bike storage. More photos are available on request.
This westend condo is located 1 block up from English Bay and 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Stanley Park. Nearby shops; grocery stores, pharmacies, health clinics, dentists, hair/nail salons, liquor stores, bakeries, and gyms. Minutes away on Denman and Davie streets there is a fantastic selection of excellent ethnic restaurants and coffee shops, many with outdoor patios aligning the streets and on the beach.
Multiple main bus routes within 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. This includes the #44 Express Bus which is direct to the main UBC campus. Car share Modo and Evo locations are all around, as are bike share stands.

I am a fit & active female working hybrid at home and out on external appointments with clients. Outdoorsy. Clean & organized. Polite & respectful. Friendly & sociable. I have a small dog - very friendly and loving.
I live a balanced healthy lifestyle and would feel most comfortable living with someone who shares those values. Moderate music volume in the suite would be respectful to neighbours. Mutual quiet hours for weeknight/ weekend nights. Kitchen dishes and bathroom etiquette expectation. No overnight guests please.
