Looking for one person (student or working professional) to share a 3-bedroom, very clean townhouse in the Downsview Park neighbourhood.

$1150 all-inclusive for the room. Utilities & internet included. No parking, must purchase street permit parking yourself if you have a car.

Nearby: Yorkdale Mall, York University, Downsview Station (25 minute subway ride to downtown Toronto), Hospital, Grocery Stores, and an abundance of activities/facilities available at vibrant Downsview Park.

You will have one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor in the floorplan pictured and share the common spaces of the house: living room, kitchen, washroom on second floor (with just one other person, me), and terrace on the ground floor.

Interested tenants will be required to complete a rental application form, provide a full credit report, employment letter and Notice of Assessment. First and last month rent will be required as deposit upon completion of rental application form.

I am a flight attendant who will occupy one of the rooms, and share the bathroom with you. There is a couple that occupies the master bedroom upstairs, and they have their own washroom.
Because of my line of work, I will rarely be in the house. I like to keep my place clean, and tidy. Social gatherings are fine, but no “parties”, and non-smoking ideally.
