Looking for one person (student or working professional) to share a 3-bedroom townhouse in the Downsview Park neighbourhood.

$750 all-inclusive for the room. Utilities and internet included. No parking, must purchase street permit parking yourself if you have a car.

This is for a 8-month lease. There are two rooms available. One furnished, the other one not furnished.

You will have one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor in the floorplan pictured and share the common spaces of the house: living room, kitchen, washroom on second floor (with just one other person), and terrace on the ground floor. A couple lives on the 3rd floor with their own washroom.

Nearby: Yorkdale Mall, York University, Downsview Station (25 minute subway ride to downtown Toronto), Hospital, Grocery Stores, and an abundance of activities/facilities available at vibrant Downsview Park.

Interested tenants will be required to complete a rental application form, provide a full credit report, and employment letter. First and last month rent will be required as deposit upon completion of rental application form.

I am currently interviewing interested tenants for January 1st (possibly earlier) occupancy.
