Spacious room in 3 bedroom household with a large shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room for rent. There is another room for rent in the house that I will also be listing. It’s located next to Stone Road Mall and is a quiet yet friendly neighborhood. The landlord is incredibly chill and helpful with anything we need. Internet is an additional about $30 a month and we get billed for utilities every six months. All pets besides dogs are welcome!

I work part time and attend classes at U of G so I would love to find roommates who are considerate of their noise levels late at night.
