1 unfurnished bedroom for rent in a shared 2 bed 1 bath walkout basement suite.

I’m looking for a roommate (preferably female) to rent the other room in my bright basement suite! The house is a 10 minute drive to Vernon, north of Swan Lake and on a small orchard, so it’s an active farm. There’s also a greenhouse that one could use.

Must be okay with dogs, as I have a very friendly large pup. Unfortunately we can’t accommodate another pet in the home.

Rent includes all utilities (power, water, cable, wifi, garbage pick up, AC). There’s ensuite laundry and convenient parking.

It’s available for September 1st or flexible for the right person. Please tell me a bit about yourself when inquiring.

I’m quiet and introverted and like to do my own thing. I work in the environmental field and I’m happy doing outdoor activities. I really enjoy it here and I’m looking for someone who will respect the space like me.
