This is a two bedroom townhouse with a finished basement. You’ll have your own private bedroom, partially furnished, or not! You decide. Huge closet takes up one of the walls in your room. No smoking, vaping indoors, outdoors ONLY! The full 3 piece bathroom is downstairs that will be exclusively yours to use. We can set up a sitting area down there, I already have the TV and PVR for you. Some gym equipment as well. UPDATE: this is currently storage, I have sold some items and a few larger items are next. 1 parking spot is available and included in rent. High-speed Internet, cable, F1 TV, discovery plus, Netflix as well. So, in short, we share the main floor, livingroom, kitchen, and laundry downstairs. Oh! Also have the 5 main appliances and likely anything else you could think of, think espresso machine, immersion blender, air fryer etc. and a propane BBQ, small deck outside the back.
