Sheryl's room

This is a two bedroom townhouse with a finished basement. You’ll have your own private bedroom, partially furnished, or not! You decide. Huge closet takes up one of the walls in your room. No smoking, vaping indoors, outdoors ONLY! The full 3 piece bathroom is downstairs that will be exclusively yours to use. 1 parking spot is available and included in rent. High-speed Internet, Cable TV, F1 TV, a couple streaming channels, Netflix as well. So, in short, we share the main floor, livingroom, kitchen, and laundry downstairs. We have the 5 main appliances and likely anything else you could think of, think espresso machine, immersion blender, air fryer etc. and a propane BBQ, small deck outside the back.

I’m in my early 50s, a professional hybrid-work-from-home 75% of the time. My home office is in the main living room. I’m looking for someone to share my place with, be as respectful as I am, quiet, and clean. I want to meet and get to know my next roommate a second time. Let’s make sure we are on the same page. I would like someone longer term, a year or so or more. I’m not expecting to be best friends, but let’s create a friendly, calm atmosphere.
