Located near Waterfront Station and Gastown and the building was built in 2024 and have a small balcony, A/C, heating, dishwasher and in suite washer and dryer. Twin bed frame, twin bed mattress, bedding, pillow, chair, basic kitchen utensils, desk lamps, shelves, hangers, and desks are provided by my landlord. Yay for us lol. Internet and BC Hydro are inclusive so all included in the sublet rent. Yay times two! We don’t pay for the air conditioning or heat hehe. Free parking outside on the street up to 2 hours and then parking overnight 10pm to 9am is free which is a huge jackpot! Hoping to sublet my place whenever I work in Vancouver Island which is quite often these months. This is technically a studio apartment but my landlord has setup the studio to have “two rooms” with walls and pocket doors to your own bedroom. I am only looking for short term subletting agreement (unit will be professionally cleaned before you move in and you will make sure to leave the space as it was when you move out - via professional cleaning or your own wonderful self cleaning) . Rent is negotiable depending on how long you want to agree to but if you’re looking for month to month, it will start at $2000 with a $500 deposit upfront as the fobs, cleaning fees pre/post move in, and other potential fines I get from my pesky landlord will be charged to me. I will return this immediately when you move out as long as none of our mutually agreed rules are broken. :) Please kindly respect all my neighbours.
