*** The House *** 3 bedroom upper suite completely surrounded by forest. Renovated kitchen, shared laundry, Heat pump and AC. The location is definitely a HUGE seller for the place. West Saanich (Hartland Ave) - only 20 minutes from downtown Vic. Killarney Lake and TONS of hiking and mountain biking trails nearby. . Some additional perks include - An infared sauna, epic patio set and a 2nd living room that can be used as a workshop or yoga space

$1050 a month plus utilities (Hydro is cheap with the heat pump). Can come furnished or unfurnished. Medium sized, cute sage green walls. Shared bathroom with one other person.
