4 Street Northeast

Hello, I’m renting the second bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath condo unit at 123 4 Street NE on the second floor. My roommate is moving out so you would take over his room. The room available has an ensuite bathroom and closet and currently fits a queen bed with a night stand. The kitchen/living room is nice and bright with lots of windows, new appliances (including dishwasher), and a balcony. The unit has in suite laundry and the building has a rooftop patio with a bbq. Underground parking can be rented for $175/month extra. The building is in a great location as it is within walking distance of downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, and much more.

I’m a 25 year old male working full time in an office downtown. I’m looking for a responsible roommate in their 20’s to share our space together. I’m quite easy going but appreciate a clean and quiet place during the week. Outside of work I like to hike, bike, ski, and play hockey! If you have any questions, please let me know!
