Kade's room

Private Bedroom with shared bathroom on the top floor. This room is great for students as it is located right behind Concordia! Right next to the coliseum LRT station and expo centre. Room is on the smaller side, but the closet makes up for it. More photos of the house upon request. There is a nice kitchen, with dishwasher and laundry in the basement. There is a yard, parking available and lots of storage room. Utilities are shared between the three, and we have all set up. We are estimating no more than $100 each per month.

There are two girls living in the house, Myself and Riel. I am a full-time dog trainer and Riel is a student. We are looking for a preferably female Roomate that loves animals and can keep the house clean! There are two cats in the home, Deku & Juno - and 1 Mini American Shepherd named Luca. Other pets may be considered based on many factors. We’d love to get to know you more!
