Dovercourt park 5 minutes walk (tennis).Wallace Emerson Community Centre 10 minute walk and also Freshco for shopping

Teacher and wife living downstairs. Usually three students upstairs with their own room. Three students share second floor bathroom. We are a peaceful calm no smoking house. We have one dog very calm and gentle. Not looking to import more pets. Prefer you visit others out of the house or it collectively gets too noisy. This will suit a mature student who wants a calm environment where they can relax and study from home.
