House is furnished (except your room) and most things are free to use as long as you’re respectful. Garage parking for one car. After you get a phone bill mailed to the house we can set up lake access for Summerside. Move in is somewhat negotiable, trying to get new floors in by Sept 1st but giving myself extra weeks in case. Price is also negotiable to some degree. For couples it’s going to be a little extra, for singles it can be a little cheaper.

Not particular about who moves in, would prefer couples as it’s easier to communicate if anything comes up.

I have two cats which means I understand the concept of a lived-in house but I try to keep things tidy.
