We are a family of four located at Danforth and Woodbine. We’re offering a spacious, fully furnished basement bedroom with a private washroom in the East York area of Toronto. Just a 2-minute walk to the TTC or a 10-minute walk to the Woodbine subway station, our home is nestled in a lovely green neighborhood, close to Taylor Creek Park and convenient 24-hour grocery shopping.

Our location is very close to Danforth Avenue, where you can find everything from drugstores to a variety of shops and restaurants. It’s a very central spot, making it easy to get to downtown.

The basement has a separate entrance and includes a queen-size bed, a desk, a microwave, and a mini fridge. You’ll also have access to shared Kitchen and laundry. The space is not shared, so it is very private, and all utilities, along with high-speed internet, are included.
