Looking to rent ONE room in my house to someone. Ideal person would be -Trustworthy/Professional/Clean -No pet -Military member/Student at Loyalist/Working professional Nurse, Corrections, Paramedic, Police etc. -MUST be okay with big friendly Great Dane, he would not have access to your basement living space but would have access to kitchen space.
House is on the east side of Belleville in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to YMCA, Grocery store etc. You get your own basement living space with a full bathroom in basement. Laundry is in basement. Full unlimited access to kitchen and backyard, and there is a side entrance available. 1 Parking spot available.
Internet and utilities will be included. Cleaning supplies provided. Basement living space is fully furnished. Pictures in the ad are outdated and it will be furnished differently. Comes with TV, Couch, Coffee and end tables, Mini fridge, microwave, desk, single bed etc.
