Private room with shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathroom) in the upstairs unit of a house with a separate side entrance. Contrary to the picture, the bedroom will be only partially furnished (bed, chair, mirror, shelves), and you can bring in anything else you might need. Let me know if you’d like any more pictures! The room will be available for 4 months. Unit is quite small so I can only accommodate one other person. Utilities and internet included, first and last required for first month. Parking spot can be coordinated. 15 min walk to Evergreen Mall (grocery, pharmacy, food), 25 min bus to University of Waterloo, 5-7 min walk to 3 different bus routes (12, 20, 16)

Live with me (23F) and my affectionate kitty (2M) in the upper unit! I work 2 jobs so it would be great to have someone who can spend time with the cat when I’m out longer days. May will be a bit different as I will be travelling for the month, but my friend will be here for the first week to help you get settled. Let me know if you have any questions/concerns about this! Our downstairs neighbours are my brother and his wife, so anything that you need (adjust ac/heat, move car, etc) can be easily coordinated. I would like to meet any potential roommates beforehand to make sure we’ll be the right fit! I’m hoping to find a roommate and a new friend :) I value communication above all else, and I hope to find someone who feels the same.
