Absolutely no smoking, vaping, pets, overnight guests or subletting. Drama free, friendly household who respects each others privacy. This is not a party house. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit as I have the room professionally cleaned after each occupant. Would love to share the space with female International / university student(s). Close and easy transit routes 10 & 49. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen you can use.
