About the room
This is a nice space in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to several trails and a lake for morning walks and runs. It’s a two story house, with the bottom floor (two rooms) for rent. The landlord is very accommodating and told she’d be happy to include a roommate.
I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the master bedroom. The lease is very flexible, I can do monthly if required. I’d be a shame to let the place go if I can’t find someone to occupy the extra room!
FYI: The place looks exactly like in the photos, with the same furniture and kitchenware.
About the roomies
I’m friendly and try to be accommodating. I keep to myself, but will absolutely help when needed. I work from home and like to go one long walks with my dog 🦮. My dog is friendly and hypoallergenic, so you don’t have to worry about dog hair.
