This private Eastside house is very charming and located in a well sought after community. This property has a big private backyard backing 8th street and a golf course, very reclusive . This house has a big layout and ample space for a renter who will occupy the semi finished downstairs. This space includes a full bathroom,work out area. This space also includes a big entertaining area with a leather high end leather couch . The large spacious bedroom can include a fire place and a queen sized bed with 2 closet spaces. Laundry room is shared, it’s large with storage as well as your own peronal deep freezer. There is a private entrance from the backyard and parking . The upstairs kitchen will be shared but has room for another mini refrigerator if need be . Plenty of cook wear and all the gadgets you need to cook with. Inclued is a dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. My personal space is always clean and well put together. Art on the walls, plants , a beautiful home vibe and energy . Shoveling in winter and putting out garbage,recycling is a shared responsibility.

Hello future roomie. I’m a single mom of a 11 year old boy who’s a great kid and very respectful couldn’t ask for a better kid. I consider myself to be a very kind hospitable person who is open to having a roomate who is cleanly,respectful, honest,friendly,helpful and ok with a dog that’s very loving. I would like someone who is open to a family like atmosphere.
I love to cook and bake ,in fact I used to own my own bakery . I’ve worked many jobs such as hairstylist,flooring,vent and furnace and been in the hospitality industry for over 23 years. I work nights and I’m respectful of peoples work hours. Although I have different days off than Monday to Friday. I would love to have a renter who I could connect with and set our own boundaries to insure we both would be happy about our living needs and situation.
